Mantua has a railway station which is only a 5 minutes walk away from
the conference venue. The two hotels that have agreed special rates
with the organizers are right in front of the railway station.
There are direct trains to Mantua from Verona (North-East 40min), Milan
(West 2 hours) and Modena (South 70 minutes).

There are two exits of the E45/A22 motorway close to Mantua; we recommend
people to take the exit Mantova Nord
and then follow the indications
for the Strada provinciale SP10
toward city centre and/or train
station. Please, observe that there are limits
the city centre by car (even if these limits do not apply to the area of
the train station). In particular, circulation without a permit is not permitted
in the areas marked as ZTL
(zona traffico limitato) in the map.
In case you decide to come by car, we invite you to check with the
hotels about the availability of parking. There are also some
public parkings available, but they might be expensive.
