The Bulletin of the Institute of Combinatorics and its Applications has been published since 1991. Currently, three volumes per year are published. The most recent published volume is Volume 87, dated October 2019.

Starting with Volume 79, the Bulletin is being edited by three new editors-in-chief who were selected in late 2016. The three new editors are Marco Buratti, Donald Kreher and Tran van Trung.

Volume 79 also introduced a new cover design which is shown to the left. The graph on the cover is known as the Tutte-Coxeter graph or Tutte eight-cage. Bill Tutte was the first president of the ICA, serving in that role from 1990 to 1996.

Annual subscriptions to the Bulletin of the ICA (3 volumes) are available for 180USD per year. Payments can be made online by clicking on the following link: https://fauf.fau.edu/bicasubscriptions/.

A subscription to the Bulletin of the ICA is automatically included with membership in the ICA. As well, starting with Volume 79, .pdf copies of the Bulletin are made available to ICA members.

Also, starting with volume 79, pdf reprints of research articles are open access, available to everyone. These reprints can be downloaded from the following web page.

Manuscripts should be submitted to the BICA editors. An alternative address for submissions is Marco Buratti.

Tables of contents of back issues of the Bulletin of the ICA can be found here.

The full text of the Bulletin is available here (access is restricted to the members of the ICA).
